B. Digital Products (Video Courses & Software)

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased video courses and/or software for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, or transfer the Digital Products.

C. Precious Gemstones (Offline Sales)

We sell precious gemstones, for which payment is collected online. The sale and delivery process is handled offline.

• Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of our gemstones as described.
• Shipping: Shipping and handling charges, as well as delivery timelines, will be communicated to you separately after your online payment is complete. All shipments are insured. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
• Energizing Process: As part of our service, gemstones are programmed through a proprietary process of energizing and activation.

D. Online Astrology Classes

Online classes are conducted live at scheduled times. Access details will be provided upon successful registration and payment.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy is a vital part of our commitment to customer satisfaction. Please read it carefully.

• Online Astrological Consultations: Fees for consultations collected through kpastrologeronline are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be non-refundable at our discretion.
• Digital Products (Video Courses & Software): Due to the immediate, digital nature of these Products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review all information about a digital product before making a purchase from out website kpastrologylearning or from bestkpastrologysoftware.
• Precious Gemstones: We offer a 7-day inspection period from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the gemstone within this period for a refund, provided it is in its original, unaltered condition and accompanied by all original documentation and certification. The cost of return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
• Online Astrology Classes: If you wish to cancel your registration for an online class, you must do so at least 7 days before the class start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

All Content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Bhagyaratna Astrotech LLP or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws.
