Digital Products (Video Courses & Software)

Due to the immediate, irrevocable, and digital nature of our video courses and software licenses (such as the LIGHT OF KP ASTROLOGY SOFTWARE – LOKPA), all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or access has been granted to your account, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We provide detailed descriptions, specifications, and, where possible, previews of our digital products to help you make an informed decision before you buy. We encourage you to review all available information and ensure the product meets your needs prior to purchase, especially if you’re aiming for the highest quality astrological products services.

Online Astrological Consultations

Your scheduled consultation time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that circumstances can change and have established the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling:

• Cancellation for Full Refund: To receive a full refund for your scheduled consultation, you must provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Please send your cancellation request via email to [contact@bhagyaratna-astrotech.com].
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. This is because it is often impossible to fill the reserved time slot on such short notice.
• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. All rescheduling is subject to the availability of Dr. Andrew Dutta, ensuring you receive the highest quality services.
• Post-Consultation: Once a consultation service has been completed and delivered, the fee is non-refundable. For more details you can check here

Precious Gemstones

We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our gemstones. We offer a 7-day inspection period to ensure your complete satisfaction.

• 7-Day Inspection Period: Your inspection period begins on the date your gemstone is delivered.
• Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the gemstone must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. It must be free from any damage, scratches, or signs of having been set in jewelry. All original packaging, documentation, and certifications must be included with the return. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted for a refund, upholding our standard for the highest quality products.
• How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We will provide you with detailed instructions for secure packaging and shipping.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. This includes the cost of full insurance for the declared value of the item. We strongly recommend using a reputable, trackable shipping service. • Refund Processing: Once we receive and professionally inspect the returned gemstone, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Online Astrology Classes

• Cancellation for Full Refund: To receive a full refund for your registration in an online class, you must submit a written cancellation request to [Your Contact Email] at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the class start date are non-refundable.
• Cancellation by Bhagyaratna Astrotech LLP: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of either a full refund of your registration fee or a credit of equal value towards a future class.
